Jeff Myers is a palliative medicine physician at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre and for the past 9 years he has led Sunnybrook's Palliative Care Consult Team. During this time, he has been Toronto Central's Regional lead for Cancer Care Ontario's Provincial Palliative Care Program. Jeff is an associate professor at the University of Toronto, head of the Academic Division of Palliative Care within the Department of Family and Community Medicine and the current W. Gifford-Jones professor in palliative care. He earned an M.D., MSEd and a CCFP (PC).
