Jarryd Anderson is senior counsel at Wells Fargo & Co. Jarryd advises the company's Recovery & Resolution Program Office and executive management on recovery and resolution planning matters, with a focus on prudential bank regulations. Before joining Wells Fargo, Jarryd served as vice president and counsel at TD Bank, and as vice president and assistant general counsel at The Clearing House Association, where he was responsible for developing and managing advocacy efforts in a variety of regulatory and policy areas, including principally Dodd-Frank Act implementation. Jarryd also previously served as a regulatory policy advisor in the Banking Supervision and Regulation Division of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. While at the Board, he played a pivotal role in the Fed's post-Dodd-Frank Act recovery and resolution work, assisting in rulemaking and regulatory policy matters, reviewing G-SIB resolution plans, and representing the Board at international forums. Prior to joining the Board, Jarryd also worked in the Legal Department and Supervision, Regulation, and Credit Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Jarryd holds a B.A. in economics and political science from La Salle University a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law.
