Janet Souter has worked as an educator, director, consultant, medical educator, university lecturer, area manager, principal of an international school of the arts, pedagogical researcher and editor and education manager over the past 30 years in Australia, Vietnam and Canada. Janet currently works with Global Sky Education under Global Sky Group as educational manager to support and mentor Global Sky Education's early learning services with evolving their pedagogical practices and provide ongoing professional development. The education manager, together with the Leadership Team, is entrusted to the Global Sky Group Company to develop and organize moments of exchange with and between their 10 GSE Services around the topics of child culture, education and learning, pedagogy and organization of our Service's educational environments. She graduated with a master of early childhood education from Newcastle University, a bachelor of teaching early childhood from Queensland University of Technology and an associate diploma in early childhood from Brisbane College of Advanced Education.
