Jan Fron?k is currently working as a national coordinator of the LEAF programme (Learning About Forests) for TEREZA, Prague, Czechia. They're supporting teachers in teaching outdoors, especially when teaching about nature. Therefore they're developing lesson plans and complete toolkits for elementary school teachers (kids aged 6-15). In 2021 they started planting "tiny forests" in school grounds and now they continue to wrap the whole curriculum around such school pocket sized forests. Besides working for TEREZA 3 days a week, Jan works as a professional coach, mainly with teachers. He received his PhD from Charles University in Prague.
