Jacqueline Ho

School Executive Officer and Graduate Student in Corporate Communication, Chinese University of Hong Kong, China

Jacqueline Ho has served as the School Executive Officer of Immaculate Heart of Mary School, a Catholic co-educational school in Hong Kong, since 2020. She holds a B.Eng. in Electronic and Communications Engineering from The University of Hong Kong and began her career in telecommunications before moving into education, where her interest grew alongside raising a family. As the first School Executive Officer of the 60-year-old school, Jacqueline stepped into a newly created, government-subvented role under Hong Kong’s School-based Management reforms. She has since strengthened administrative systems, and alleviated operational demands on teachers, enabling greater focus on teaching quality and student development. She si committed to Catholic education and stakeholder trust-building, Jacqueline recently completed a M.S.Sc. in Corporate Communication at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is particularly interested in helping schools navigate demographic decline, evolving parental expectations, digital curricular innovation, and increasing regulatory demands while remaining mission-driven and student-centered.
