Isioma Utomi is the executive director of new business development and chief responsibility officer for technology at the Centre for Values in Leadership (CVL). Early in her career, she gained experience utilizing Six Sigma quality methodology and Lean tools in Fortune 500 companies to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and minimize waste. She works effectively with cross-functional teams on critical projects and communicates solutions, which enable management teams to foster a culture of innovation and make better strategic decisions. She leverages her skills and multidisciplinary background at CVL to promote leadership education, good governance, and values transmission. She has a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Boston University and an M.P.S. in digital media from Northeastern University.
