Iryna Khomiak works as a Program Officer at the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Based in Berlin Office, she provides support to Ukrainian civil society, including on grantmaking cycle, outreach to grantees and partners. Prior to her role, she worked at the area of human rights education in Germany, and the judicial, police, and juvenile probation reforms in Ukraine. She worked within the international projects funded by USAID and Global Affairs Canada as well as at numerous projects at British Council in Ukraine. She holds M.A. degree in human rights from Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nürnberg (Germany) and M.A. degree in history and theory of literature from Kyiv-Mohyla academy in Ukraine.
