Irene Chang Britt is an experienced board chair and committee chair on both public company and private boards, spanning industries as diverse as retail, restaurants, financial services, senior living, biotech and energy. She currently serves on the boards of Amica Senior Lifestyles (Chair of the Board), Dunkin' Brands (Chair, N & CG), Tailored Brands (Chair, N & CG) , Brighthouse Financial (Chair, N&CG) and Advisory Board Member Peloton Capital Management . She is a retired Fortune 500 President and SVP, with a distinguished 30-year track record of business transformations at companies such as Campbell Soup Co., Kraft Foods, Nabisco and Kimberly-Clark. Irene earned her BA from the University of Toronto, and her MBA, with honors, from the University of Western Ontario (Richard Ivey School of Business).
