Igor  LAVROVSKI  is  a  director  at  Contacto  LLC  in Moscow where  he  is  responsible  for  economic  consulting  and  reporting.  He  is  also  a  research  associate  at  the  Energy  Research  Institute  in Moscow  and  columnist for Moscow’s Parliament Newspaper. He formerly worked as  consultant with  the political party, United Russia,  and was managing  director of Volhov Park  Ilc.  in Novgorod. Mr. Lavrovski has published  widely  in Canadian, American, and Russian newspapers and on TV. He  holds a Ph.D.  in economics from the State Academy of Administration  in  Moscow  and  an  M.S.  in  petroleum  engineering  from  the  State  Academy of Oil and Gas in Moscow.
