Ian Farrugia
Graduate Student in Communications, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Portugal
Ian Farrugia is a master's student in communications at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Currently, he is writing a dissertation on independent journalists who cover the videogame industry. Ian's prior education is in visual art and digital media, which is still part of his work as a video editor for Nocemuskata - a Maltese PR agency specialized in arts and culture, where he contributed to projects like the 2024 Malta Biennale. He has also worked on audiovisual content related to digital cultures and online information for the 3CL Foundation.
