Hoi Sze Tang

Kitty Tang is an undergraduate student in geography and resource management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), specializing in physical environment management and urban development, with a minor in urban studies. She is passionate about sustainability, environmental policy, and education-related research, and is interested in the intersections of urban development, environmental management, and community engagement. Kitty has interned with Hong Kong’s Environmental Protection Department, where she developed GIS-based tools for noise modeling and environmental performance profiling, and with the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, contributing to research, data analysis, and educational outreach. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, she is also learning German and French. Outside her academic pursuits, she enjoys biking, photography, visiting art museums, and sketching.
