Helia Nazari is program engagement manager at Salzburg Global Seminar. In her role she supports the Deputy CEO in coordinating and organizing the program team, including liaising on projects and assignments with program staff. Working with the Deputy CEO and program staff, she will manage the Fellowship engagement strategies including the annual Salzburg Global Weekend. She also works with the Culture and Arts Team on the Public Policy New Voices Europe Program. She is part of the DEI staff taskforce at Salzburg Global Seminar, working as the co-captain of the People pillar. Prior to joining the organization, she worked as campaign manager for Women Political Leaders based in Brussels where she organized workshops and conferences focusing on increasing the number and influence of women in politics and business. Helia holds a B.A. in politics and international relations from the University of Sheffield in the UK and an M.Sc. in social-ecological economics and policy from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU).
