HaYoung Choi is the CEO of medicalgeek Inc., which develops digital platforms to be employed along with traditional healthcare systems. HaYoung aims to enhance the working environment for nurses though digitization of their administrative tasks to refocus on their primary role: compassionate patient care. Before founding medicalgeek, she was a midwife and nurse at Juntendo University Hospital in Tokyo. Now, simultaneous to running her company, she is a part-time professor at her alma mater, Juntendo University Hospital.
