Gil Chadash is the head of the Education Department at Sderot Municipality in Sderot, Israel. In this role, he oversees educational initiatives and policies aimed at improving learning outcomes for local students. Prior to this, Gil led the 'Academia-Classroom' program in Israel, which focused on improving teachers' training. He has also served as the school principal at 'Nadav' Democratic School, a role that allowed him to foster inclusive and participatory learning environments. Additionally, Gil was the school principal, vice manager, and a founding member of 'Nirim' Youth Village, an initiative aimed at supporting youth at high risk.
