Currently serving as the Chief Innovation & Technology Officer for Fortune #145 automotive retail and finance company Lithia & Driveway (NYSE:LAD), his areas of responsibility include digital product strategy & development, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, retail & finance technology and cybersecurity. He has driven the transformation of global retail and hospitality companies leveraging technology to transform customer and employee experience. In 2022, he was named a Top 50 Innovation Leader by Forbes. Prior to his current role, George held senior executive roles at Massage Envy, Viad Corp, Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young LLP. He holds a B.Sc degree from Millikin University and has completed executive education in Design Thinking Innovation from Stanford University.
