Gautam Prakash is the Co-founder of Reap Benefit. He has built problem-solving solutions such as Waterless Urinal, IoT Datalogger, Breathe AQM, COVID-related chatbot flows, etc. Gautam is currently focused on building scalable solutions and nurturing communities to solve wicked civic problems. He is cultivating the culture of innovation at Reap Benefit and is helping team members inculcate a problem-solving mindset. Gautam also serves as a mentor for the youth to build similar solutions to solving civic issues. Gautam is an MBA graduate and a Fab Academy graduate. Outside of work hours, he is engaged in home gardening and enjoys hosting friends and family.
