Frosse Dabit is the Senior Education Program Specialist at the United Nations Relief, and Works, Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) Headquarters in Amman leading on UNRWA's Education in Emergencies Program. Earlier, Frosse worked as the Education Core Competency Specialist for the Norwegian Refugee Council Office in Lebanon (2012-2015) where she led on the development and scale up of the NRC Lebanon education program both for the Syrian and Palestinian response. Between 2011 and 2012 she worked as an Education Program Specialist for UNRWA, where she led on the development and implementation of key program within the framework of the organization's ongoing education reform process. This included significant work on the emergency response to the Syrian crisis. Prior to joining UNRWA, Frosse worked for UNESCO as Education Program Specialist (2007-2011) where she developed and supervised program in teacher education and educational planning in support of the Palestinian education system. Before and between 2000 and 2006, she had held several posts at the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE).
