Fernando Rocha Andrade is the state secretary of fiscal affairs for the Portugese Ministry of Finance. He has also been a professor at the University of Coimbra since 1995. From 2005 - 2008, Dr. Rocha Andrade served as undersecretary of state for Internal Administration in the XVII Constitutional Government of Portugal. In 2015, he was elected member of Parliament for the constituency of Aveiro. He is the author of several academic publications in the fields of taxation and public finance. Dr. Rocha Andrade holds a B.A. and M.A. in law and a Ph.D. in law, with specialization in law and economics, from the University of Coimbra.
