Felipe Gonzalez is the people and business development manager at the Lemann Foundation, an organization that works to ensure that all Brazilian children have high quality public education and to create a network of talented people dedicated to solving Brazilian social problems. Before joining the Foundation, Felipe worked for 5 years as a business consultant, managing projects and improvements in several organizations in Brazil and the US. Since 2015, Felipe has built and developed the Lemann Foundation's team through hiring, engagement and development. He also supported the creation and implementation of a 5-year plan that was responsible for supporting millions of Brazilian students. Felipe holds a master's degree in business administration and is a fellow of Georgetown University's Global Competitiveness Leadership Program.
