Fabrizio Mifsud Soler

Fabrizio Mifsud is a curator and art programming lead at Bored Peach Club in Xaghra on Gozo Island. As part of the core team, he contributes to residency development, funding strategy, and hybrid sustainability models within a small-island context. Based in Malta, his current practice focuses on cultural mobility, governance design, and the long-term sustainability of independent cultural infrastructure, particularly in peripheral European ecosystems navigating structural funding and investment challenges. Fabrizio is a cultural infrastructure practitioner working at the intersection of governance, funding systems, and independent arts programming. With over 18 years of experience across national cultural policy, European funding evaluation, and curatorial practice, his work bridges institutional frameworks and grassroots cultural initiatives. Fabrizio previously served as visual arts executive at Arts Council Malta and as a Creative Europe expert evaluator for the European Commission, assessing transnational cooperation projects across Europe.
