Erica Butow is the chief executive officer and co-founder of Ensina Brasil ("Teach for Brazil"), an organization that mobilizes and develops diverse leaders to transform educational opportunities for all children, beginning in the classroom. Prior to her current role, she worked in educational startups and non-profits in Brazil and the US. Erica's professional experiences also include marketing at Procter & Gamble and strategic planning at Whirlpool in Latin America. She was a visiting student at Stanford School of Education and holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a BA in business administration from the Universidade de Sao Paulo. Erica is also a fellow of the Lemann Foundation, Education Pioneers and Instituto Ling.
