Eri Yamamoto is currently working as a director at the Nippon Foundation Para Sports Support Center in Tokyo, Japan and contributing to the parasapo educational program, "Asu-Challe!" Since 2016, this initiative has promoted awareness of para sports and disability inclusion through school workshops and training seminars for companies, organizations and universities. She is also a para powerlifter striving to compete at the Los Angeles Paralympic Games in USA. With years of experience in the sport, she is a dedicated athlete known for her determination and pursuit of excellence. As a lecturer, Eri uses her experiences to inspire and educate, helping to break down barriers and foster understanding. Her dual commitment to athletic success and social advocacy exemplifies her drive to create a more inclusive society.
