Emma is a youth specialist for the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC). She is responsible for NRC's youth education program in Jordan which works through partnership to provide structured and accredited learning pathways for refugee and vulnerable Jordanian youth towards social engagement, employability and further education. Emma holds an M.A. in international development and an M.A. in educational psychology. She has over 12 years of experience working in the field of education across Africa and the Middle East.
