Eliko Bendeliani

Eliko Bendeliani is Chair in the non-governmental organization "Center for Peace and Civic Development". At the same time she works in "The Institute for the study of nationalism and conflicts". Since 2007 she works in the field of peace building, governance and security in South Caucasus. Participant of the different dialog processes. Works on issues concerning internally displaced people, Protection of civil rights and supporting their active participation in public and political life. Author of several publications, researches and reports. Eliko is a Winner of the Bertha von Suttner Peace prize - 2022 . The young women's peace award in the Caucasus "For outstanding achievements in building peace and security in the entire region and protecting of human rights of people in the region - Initiative "Women of South Caucasus for Peace and Prosperity"- 2016.
