Dylan Wray is co-founder and director of Shikaya, a non-profit that supports teachers and school leaders to ensure young people leave school thinking critically, and being compassionate, engaged, democratic citizens. Dylan is also the director of The Learning Trust, which supports community-based after school education interventions through grants and on-going capacity support. Dylan has worked globally as a teacher, facilitator, materials developer and author.
