Dimitry Dikman has over 10 years of experience in non-profit management and advisory services to private foundations and NGOs in Russia, countries of the former Soviet Union, and worldwide. His primary expertise covers strategy development, organizational management, and strategic grantmaking. Dimitry serves as the head of grant review committee and senior advisor to the chairman of Genesis Philanthropy Group. In 2015 he joined the Rybakov Foundation as the philanthropy advisor to the founders. In 2017 he became the Foundation's board member. Dimitry also serves on the Board of Trustees of Hillel Russia.
