Clara Schmae is a program manager for the nonprofit, Globally, located in Washington, DC. She is resposible for designing and leading programs that are dedicated to identifying and empowering rising leaders committed to addressing global challenges. Clara's background encompasses facilitating events, fostering meaningful connections among peers, and driving the organization's mission forward. She's been involved in developing and spearheading programs an array of impactful programs, ranging from leadership development, to refugee resettlement, to climate action. Clara graduated from the University of Utah with degrees in Peace and Conflict Studies and International Studies.
