Chris Grygo is the director of talent development at the Ford Foundation. Chris leads global talent development initiatives that enable Ford's strategy, enhance its culture, promote values-based team excellence, and aid colleagues in reaching their full potential. Chris has served in leadership and organization development roles throughout his career in sectors ranging from high tech to health care, higher education and philanthropy. Chris earned his Master's in organizational psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. He holds certificates in mediation and conflict resolution and is a Gestalt-trained coach. Chris is a retreat facilitator and board member of the Center for Courage and Renewal.
