Christine Wolff is a management consultant and non-executive director at Hochtief AG, based in Germany. She has worked for more than 20 years in international engineering consulting firms as a manager. She started her career in Australia, where she worked as a project geologist in exploration for chromite, gold and diamonds. In her last operational position she was managing director for Europe & Middle East at URS Corporation (now AECOM), a NYSE listed US based engineering firm. As a senior vice president, she was responsible for operations in 15 countries. Her main operational activities were planning and consulting for large infrastructure, energy and environmental projects. Christine is a member of several supervisory boards including Hochtief AG, a global infrastructure group with leading positions in construction and concessions/public-private partnerships focused on Australia, North America and Europe as well as Sweco AB, Europe's leading architecture and engineering consultancy, based in Stockholm. In addition, she is a member of the certification board for non-executive directors of the German Stock Exchange. Christine holds an MSc in geology, an MBA and is a business mediator.
