Cali Scarpaci

Cali Scarpaci is a first-generation undergraduate student in business at Nevada State University (NSU), Henderson, majoring in diversity and human resource management and minoring in social justice. Her work centers on community engagement, advocacy and strengthening equity focused initiatives across the Henderson and Las Vegas communities. Cali serves as Community Outreach Chair for the Black Student Organization (BSO) at NSU and is a Peer Mentor in the Student Transition and Retention (STAR) Department, supporting student success. Previously, she held leadership roles in student organizations and supported university departments in outreach, programming and student services. She has received scholarships from The Forum Group LLC and the American Association of University Women for academic excellence.
