Najla Faizy is a Fellow at the University of Oxford, UK, a member of the Swedish Institute Alumni network, and serves as a global leader at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. She is also an ambassador for the World Literacy Foundation and holds the position of marketing director at Fatima Al-Fihri Open University. Her professional experience spans gender mainstreaming and human rights integration within project cycles, as well as supporting civil society organizations (CSOs) and community-based organizations (CBOs) for around three years. Najla is passionate about equality, social change, and responsible leadership. Furthermore, she leads multiple community networks aimed at empowering girls and young women in Afghanistan to lead, advocate, and act.
