Barbara Kuss is the executive director of Fundación Huerta Niño and a specialist in organizational development and well-being. She is co-founder of Piece of Nature, a social company that facilitates the green transition by promoting a paradigm shift in people and in the way of making alliances. It proposes models of nature parks with citizen participation to raise awareness and promote action. She has extensive experience in the development of social programs in Latin America, supporting innovations in the field of human well-being and its connection with nature, integrating groups with diversity. She has participated in various forums such as UN-Habitat in Dubai, International Forum of Strategic Philanthropy in Brazil, National Institute of Agricultural Technology in Argentina, Summit of Leadership and Innovation for Sustainability in Costa Rica, among others. She completed a postgraduate degree in training and development at the University of Belgrano, has a senior diploma in organizational development at the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires and has a postgraduate degree in sustainable development at the Universidad Católica Argentina.
