Avinash Sosale is a managing director at Stanzen in Bengaluru, India. He is an avid lean manufacturing enthusiast, advising and heading companies in mental health, manufacturing and wildlife conservation. In his current role at Stanzen Engineering, Avinash works on a Tier 1 Auto-component supplier manufacturing Body, Chassis and safety systems sub-assemblies for OEMS like Suzuki and Toyota. Additionally, he has had experience serving on the boards/advising of major automotive Suppliers, not for profit trusts, industrial IoT and software automation companies in the areas of technology, HR, purchasing, strategy and operations. Avinash also serves as Director on the board of Communicaids Innovation Pvt. Ltd., a company that builds technology and content that enables clinicians run efficient intervention programs for children with Autism. His experience working in Japan, speaking the language and experiencing their culture, working in and for Japanese companies will hopefullly help build bridges and realize mutual growth during this JITTN fellowship.
