Ashish Shrivastava is the co-founder of Shiksharth, a non-profit working to ensure positive childhood experiences for children living in conflict zones and challenging geographies across India. With over 20 years of experience—transitioning from IT services to education—he leads strategic design, partnerships, and ecosystem engagement. His work focuses on contextualizing education in emergencies, integrating multilingual learning, life skills, and psychosocial support. Before founding Shiksharth, Ashish worked in the corporate sector and with skill development missions. He is also a member of several national and global collectives on education and child well-being, including the REACH India Collective. Ashish was recognized by the Government of India for grassroots innovation in public administration and received awards including the Champions of Children Award and the Marichi Award. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer applications and continues to drive collaborative, community-led education solutions for children in the most underserved regions.
