Areesha Rehan

Areesha Rehan is a communications intern at Salzburg Global. She assists the communications team with creating social media content, interviewing fellows and covering Salzburg Global programs. Areesha holds a B.Sc in social development and policy from Habib University, Karachi. Prior to this role, she worked as a journalist and sub-editor for Dawn, writing features and managing publications for the features desk. She also regularly contributes to Soch Fact Check, Pakistan's only IFCN signatory, as a fact checker, investigating viral misinformation on social media.
