He has twenty years of experience in artificial intelligence, while his expertise lies in deep learning, cognitive neuroscience and developmental robotics. He is co-founder and director of Cross Labs, an initiative bridging the gap between industrial and academic research, by promoting fundamental and applied science in connection with technological needs of society.
