Alisa is a Chief Operating Officer of the Ukrainian Tech Business Club (UA Tech Club). She has expertise in consulting on transformation, digitalization and innovations. Alisa is focused on building a global networking system that helps solving business problems, as well as those that build work life balance. She is involved in rebuilding the industry and building a strong Tech brand in Ukraine. Regarding the war as a COO of the UA Tech Club she's concentrated on charity projects. Alisa is leading a charity project in digital and tech education for Ukrainians supported by the EU organizations, and a consulting project for Ukrainian small and medium tech companies.Her overall leadership experience counts 7 years. Alisa is a certified Business Process Manager, she studied Economics, Change Management, European law and economics; Alisa's expertise is formed with a combination of knowledge and experience in different areas, experience in leading cross-functional, national and international large projects and teams on intersection of State-NGOs-Business, work with complex structures, automatization and digitalization, change management.
