Alexandra Böhne is director of European Policy and Monetary Union at the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK e.V.), Representation office to the European Union in Brussels. In previous positions, she served as director of Monetary Policy, Banking and Finance as well as Statistics Policy at the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce in Berlin. Prior to that Ms. Böhne has been director in charge of Economic Policy, Business Cycle and Growth as well as Business Surveys at the Association. Before joining the Association in 2008, she has been a research assistant at the Faculty of Economics, University of Hagen. Alexandra Böhne has degree in economics from the University of Dortmund.
