Ajay Pandit is a development professional from rural Madhya Pradesh. He holds a Master’s in Social Work from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, and a Postgraduate degree in Development Leadership from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru.He was honored with the National Youth Award 2022 by the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Government of India, under the Organizational Category. He is the co-founder and former CEO of Synergy Sansthan, an organization working with youth across Madhya Pradesh. He is passionate about building communities through love, friendship, and collaboration. With strong leadership skills, he specialize in facilitation and session design, and currently serve as a board member of ComMutiny – The Youth Collective, Delhi.
