Aishwarya Agarwal is a Senior Associate at OMI Foundation. She is a multi-sectoral professional with seven years of experience in catalyzing change in the areas of Urban Mobility, Universal Accessibility, Sustainability, and Gender Equity. At OMI, her role is centered on mobility systems across gender, age, and disability. Aishwarya creates innovative policy solutions to make mobility safe, accessible, dependable, and affordable for all. In her previous roles, she has worked on urban policy research, strategy formulation, design, and implementation of numerous multi-layered urban projects such as Child-Friendly Cities, the 100 Smart Cities Mission, street redesign, and so on. She was also a Local Pathways Fellow 2021 through the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network (UN-SDSN) Youth initiative. A Global Goals advocate, Aishwarya uses design, data-driven research, public policy, and advocacy to solve urban inequalities and create livable cities. She holds a Master's in Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee.
