Aaron Fallon is the Head of Strategy at the Salama bint Hamdan al Nahyan Foundation (SHF) in Abu Dhabi, an organization designed to invest in the UAE by investing in its people, driving towards a progressive and authentic future for the young and ambitious nation it calls home. Prior to this role, Aaron spent three years working with leaders in both the corporate and non-profit space at SYParnters, a consultancy that fuses humanity and creativity to help leaders transform themselves, their organizations, and society at large. He is driven by a passion for understanding - and ideally advancing - the field of social impact strategy and entrepreneurship, especially through the lens of leadership. He received his BA in History and Literature from Harvard University.
