Viktor Boguslavsky is the regional director for East Africa, Europe & Eurasia at USAID ASSIST Project, University Research Co., LLC - Center for Human Services, Bethesda, MD, USA. A public health professional with twenty eight years of progressive implementation, management and leadership experience in epidemiological research, prevention and control of communicable and non-communicable diseases, improving health and social services, health systems strengthening, policy change, international development. Extensive work experience includes countries of Eastern Europe, Central and East Asia, East Africa. As the Regional Director and an Improvement Advisor provides mentoring and coaching to country teams, health care providers and leaders in the design and implementation of activities aimed at improving health outcomes at a large scale.
