Dr. Houleymata has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the areas of Program Development and Management with emphasis on Health/Nutrition, Child Protection, Education, Micro-Finance and Democratic Governance. As Senior Technical Advisor and Country Director for several organizations during her career, her focus is Maternal, Newborn and Child Health, Family planning and nutrition with emphasis on regional, national and international strategic policy and advocacy. She has participated in many fundraising activities through proposal development and detailed implementation workshop facilitation as well as reviewer of documentation for health projects. Dr Diarra is member of national technical comities in Reproductive Health, Family planning and Nutrition. Fully accomplished development worker/advocate with good knowledge of women and children health issues, Dr. Diarra is additionally a polyglot, fluent in French, Russian, and English.
