Iryna is 2023-2024 Humphrey International Fellow at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs (Minneapolis, US). Since 2019, Iryna has been the Strategy Director at the Ukrainian Women's Congress (UWC) responsible for working out and implementing the organisation's long-term strategy and for building partnerships with national and international women's networks and platforms. During her fellowship in the US, she is working on promoting women's meaningful participation at the peacebuilding processes and ensuring women's role in post-war rebuilding efforts. Iryna is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
