Felix has over a decade's experience in the area of basic and secondary education. His teaching interests were History, Global Perspectives and English. Since 2015, Felix has worked as the Programs Officer for the West Africa Centre for Peace - PeaceJam Ghana where he leads youth working groups to train youths on peace education, conflict resolution and social change. The group he lead also organise youth conferences where nobel peace laureates like Leyma Gbowee (Liberia) , Betty William (dec. Northern Ireland), Jody William (USA) and Kailash Satyarthi (India) have empowered the youth with tools for social change. Felix hold a master's degree in social sciences (Development Studies) from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland with a dissertation on women's representation in peace and conflict resolution spaces. His interests are peace, education, social equity, gender and environmental justice.
