Hideo Ohashi

Hideo Ohashi is a senior manager at the Urban Development Group CEO Office, Mitsubishi Corporation. He has worked for Mitsubishi Corp for more than 20 years, where his career has been mainly in the alternative investment sector (real estate, private equity, infrastructure), such as at Japan Post Bank (executive director, seconded from Mitsubishi), MC-UBS Reality, AI capital and Mitsubishi Corporation Capital. He served as co-chair of the US-Japan Leadership Program and was selected to serve as one of eleven delegates on the Yale World Fellow Program in 2011 although he was unable to attend due to a scheduling conflict. Hideo graduated from the University of Tokyo in 1997 majoring in economics, and also earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and INSEAD in 2008, sponsored by Mitsubishi. He has four children and lives in Tokyo. Hideo is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
