Natalia is mediator, facilitator, public dialoger, trainer. She has more than 6 years of experience in facilitation and mediation and more than 10 years in legal sphere within leading businesses (Danone, Nissan, Unilever, GSK) and consulting companies (Asters). She is also Dialogue Facilitator/Social Conflict Mediation Expert for OSCE PCU in Ukraine; Facilitator Expert for Council of Europe in Ukraine. Natalia serves as designer and project manager in variety of mediation and facilitation related projects (creation of on-line course on mediation and dialogue, student competition on effective dispute resolution, online dispute resolution platform development). Natalia is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
