Tommy Garnett is the founder and executive director of the Environmental Foundation for Africa initially established in the UK as a charitable organization in 1992 and currently based in Sierra Leone since 2001. Tommy's vision is to see that the African people are empowered to protect the integrity of nature, while sustaining their social and economic livelihoods in a sustainable manner. Tommy has worked as a teacher in Kenya, a housing manager in the UK, a consultant on numerous projects and a member of the UN panel of experts on Liberia. Tommy has a master's of science in agricultural and development economic.
