Gulnar Vaswani is a diversity & inclusion consultant, board advisor, sought after speaker, and executive coach, Gulnar is re-imagining leadership for the 21st Century. Against the backdrop of today's increasingly uncertain world, she advises, coaches and trains established and aspiring leaders and their organizations to understand and embrace inclusiveness; to consciously recognize the power of cross-cultural dynamics and diversity; and to learn how to prepare for and harness change. Her work is underpinned by a belief that better leaders will shape better businesses and a better society.
Gulnar is deeply committed to the advancement of women leaders and to bridging the gap between cultures, gender, and generations. Her dual identity as a woman with Indian origins and a US upbringing in addition to her experience living and working across the globe has deeply influenced who she is and what she does today. Prior to founding her own company in Hong Kong in 2008, Gulnar held finance, compliance and strategic roles with multinational organizations, NGO's and educational institutions. Today her clients come from a range of business sectors and include Fortune 500 companies, and members of the YPO (Young President's Organization).
Gulnar received a Bachelors and Masters in Business from the University of Miami in International Finance and Marketing, and now serves on their International Alumni Board along with two other University board positions with the Claremont Colleges. She is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
