Geoffrey (Oyoo), 35, born in Kibera slum, is the director and one the founders of Kibera Creative Arts (KiCA) in Nairobi, Kenya. He was made the Kenya's funniest man in Topcomic comedy competition in 2009. He is one of the record executives at MADE IN KIBERA PRODUCTION and the manager of Kenya's top hip hop musician by the name Stivo Simple Boy. His skills in film and video production has enabled him to create music videos, short films, and live performances for more than 200 artists from within and outside his home in Kibera. He studied accounting at Nairobi Training Center, in Kenya in 2006. He has also studied film and video production at Shang Tao Media Arts Centre in Nairobi. As a director of KiCA, Geoffrey's ambition is to see Kibera artists getting the most out of their God given talents. That is the reason why since 2006, he is in the core front in nurturing, developing and creating platforms for Kibera artists to grow.
